Joe Murphy (President)

Joe Murphy began his career in the construction industry over 40 years ago while attending Shoreline High School and graduated from the Seattle Central Community College Carpentry Program in 1974. He was self-employed by the age of 22 and sold his first new home in 1978. Since then he has built over 200 new homes and apartments and developed hundreds of building lots in South Snohomish County. He has survived and thrived through the ups and downs of the industry and economy with a persistent attention to the many details of construction and operational management of his construction and development company. He has been a member of the Master Builders’ Association of King and Snohomish County for over 35 years and was one of the first to receive the CGB designation as a Certified Graduate Builder from the National Association of Home Builders.
